Designed to enhance those Operator Console's that do not support "busy lamp fields," which is the industry terminology used to define "knowing when a co-worker is on the telephone or not." By utilizing the power and flexibility of the personal computer, the program gives users quick access to valuable information and communication tools that are often not available through standard telephone sets.

Other features include Silent Message, designed for second call notification, Email Page, to keep in contact with users who are away from the office, and the Out of Office Message, which keeps co-workers informed of their ever-changing availability.
