Remote Access Directory
The Remote Access Directory Module
is an add on feature of the INterra Virtual Assistant
which allows a user to request contact information from
the CTI database via email. Whether the user is at the
office, on the road, or even at home he may access the
directory through a PC, or any email enabled wireless
device. When the user requests a number, the server
will look up the information and send the results back
to the requesting email address.
