INterra Security Alert Module

The Security Alert Module (SAM) is an application developed from direct customer requests to incorporate security features into their telecommunication systems. SAM is an optional component of INterra Virtual Assistant, a software application that integrates a user's desktop telephone with their personal computer (PC) for the benefit of enhanced functionality, desktop call control and simplified telephone operations.

The Security Alert Module provides any company with an invaluable tool in all types of emergencies. The sole purpose of SAM is to provide immediate notification to INterra Virtual Assistant users (via the Silent Message Module) when help is needed.
